• Notification of Installation and Undertaking to Maintain a Sewage Holding Tank (YG4673)
• Notification of Installation and Undertaking to Maintain a Septic Tank and Soil Absorption System (YG4674)  
• Septic Tank and Sewage Holding Tank Installation Declaration (YG5742)
