When you go to the Social Assistance office to make an appointment, you will be given an a few intake forms to fill out and bring back with you at your appointment.

It is important to provide ALL information required on these forms.

You may have to wait a day or two for an appointment.

If you have an emergency, tell someone at the office and you will be seen as quickly as possible.

If you are eligible, you may quickly receive help for groceries/meals and shelter, if you do not have a place to live.
