The Quality Assurance and Risk Management Branch is responsible for leading and supporting the development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of quality assurance, quality improvement, and risk management activities in all branches of the Department. These activities will ensure the Department continues to provide effective, high quality, safe services that meet the needs of Yukoners, and as well, will identify opportunities where improvements to services can be made.
