Provides diagnostic audiological evaluations, hearing screenings, hearing aid evaluation and dispensing, hearing aid repairs, and assistive listening devices to the general public (children and adults) upon referral from a doctor or other service provider.

- Macaulay Lodge, Thomson Centre, or home visits to clients with restricted mobility
- Monthly impedance screenings
- conducted at Child Development Centre to monitor children at risk
- Public workshops and in-services to other professionals
- In-services, workshops and public education on a variety of topics
