All families want the best for their children. Your Healthy Families visitor will support you in making parenting more enjoyable and less stressful. Your visitor will become someone that you can count on. They can help you decide what you want out of life, and then work with you to get it!

Your Healthy Families visitor:

  • will explore what’s important to your family,
  • will explore what you want for your child,
  • will support you to build a safe and healthy environment, and
  • will provide interesting information and fun activities to strengthen your child’s growth and development

Where and when do visits occur?

Usually, your Healthy Families visitor will visit with you in your home once a week. Your visitor will visit less frequently, as your child grows and develops. Transportation can be provided to medical appointments.

How much does it cost?

Healthy Families services are FREE, thanks to the people of our community who care about children and strengthening and supporting families.

Welcome to Healthy Families!
