Corporate Planning & Risk Management
The Corporate Planning and Risk Management Branch is responsible for leading, directing and managing the development, analysis and evaluation of corporate strategic plans, initiatives and performance measures regarding departmental programs and operations.
Finance Systems & Administration
This Branch provides financial management and analysis, purchasing, accommodation and facilities management and network systems support for all branches of Health and Social Services. Staff also coordinate Access to Information and Protection of Privacy (ATIPP) legislation requests.
The Human Resources Team provides advice, guidance, and in some instances, direction to managers and supervisors in the day to day management of their Human Resource.
Policy and Program Development
Policy analysts provide corporate policy and program development services throughout the department.
