Primary Health Care Nurse

- Baccalaureate in Nursing recognized in Canada OR a Diploma in Nursing, AND a Certificate in NorthernClinical Program, Outpost Nursing Program, or recognized equivalent along with considerable experience providing community health and treatment services.
- Candidates not possessing a certificate from a Northern Clinical Program, Outpost Nursing Program will be considered if they possess extensive community health and acute care treatment or emergency experience.
- Current RN registration within Canada and Basic Cardiac Life Support Certificate are essential.
Condition(s) of Employment: Current Yukon RN registration; security and medical clearances; valid Yukon Class 5 driver’s license; CPR HCP Level.
A six month eligibility list will be established from this competition to fill future vacancies for identical positions and may also be used for similar positions within the department.
This is a term position until July 9, 2010.
