Head lice are tiny insects that live on the scalp. They lay eggs, called nits, which stick to hair very close to the scalp. Head lice do not spread disease. Healthy families

Healthy Families is a voluntary program that provides support to families prenatally or at birth and continues until the child is school age. In partnership with Whitehorse Health Center, Healthy Families has been offered in Whitehorse since 1999.

Hearing services

Provides diagnostic audiological evaluations, hearing screenings, hearing aid evaluation and dispensing, hearing aid repairs, and assistive listening devices to the general public (children and adults).

Human Papillomavirus (HPV)

Human Papillomavirus (HPV) is a very common sexually transmitted infection. Almost everyone gets HPV at some point in their life. Often the body gets rid of HPV on its own and you never know you were infected. You can also be infected with more than one type of HPV at a time and more than once during your lifetime.
